Pinnacle Intake 7 Proposal

This project involved the utilization of waste wood by the Pinnacle Smithers pellet plant. The project extended the distance of the recovery of residual waste fibre and allowed the fibre to be utilized instead of burnt. The avoidance of pile burning resulted in fewer greenhouse gas emissions and contributed to the achievement of B.C.'s and Canada's climate change targets.
