Boston Bar Fibre Recovery

Project Number: #FR0001378

This project involved the utilization of waste wood that was otherwise uneconomical. Pulp fibre was sent to a Chips Ahoy plant for chipping and future delivery to coastal pulp mills. The avoidance of pile burning resulted in fewer greenhouse gas emissions and contributed to the achievement of B.C.'s and Canada's climate change targets.
