The Forest Enhancement Society of BC (FESBC) welcomed Jen Kulchar as Executive Assistant in early 2026. Jen brings a diverse background that includes restaurant service and management, frontline healthcare, healthcare administration, accounting administration, and extensive volunteer experience ranging from sporting events to community fundraisers. Her wide‑ranging skill set and community‑focused mindset naturally led her to FESBC.
“I decided to make the jump from supporting a National Accounting Firm to FESBC because I believe in the work FESBC is doing for communities and the environment in our province. I support reconciliation efforts with our Nations, and I believe we can work together to strengthen our forests and communities.”
Born, raised, and presently living in Prince George, Jen resides on a small hobby farm with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys paddleboarding, gardening, and spending quality time playing games with her family.
