The Habitat Conservation Trust Foundation (HCTF) has released a preliminary list of approved 2018-2019 Enhancement and Restoration projects, including projects co-funded by the Forest Enhancement Society of BC (FESBC). The projects co-funded by FESBC will improve the habitat for a variety of wildlife including grizzly bears, sheep, caribou, moose, deer, elk, cougars, wolverines, fisheries, rattlesnakes, and a variety of bird species.
You can download the list here.
Over the next few weeks, all applicants will receive official notification emails from the HCTF. The emails to the applicants for the approved projects will specify the grant amount as well as funding conditions.
Congratulations to all successful proponents! To those applicants who were not funded this time, thank you for your interest. The next opportunity to apply for an HCTF Enhancement and Restoration grant, including co-funding from the FESBC, will be fall of 2018.
